This business should be out of business. My elderly mother has used this company for many years, but will not any longer!!
The tech came to her home, told her she needed a new motor for her air conditioner, she agreed and had it installed. It did not work correctly; she called the company and got the run around. It took 5 days for them to get back to her. This was in July 2016 and it was hot!
Mom called another company to check it out. And guess what? The motor that was installed was too big for her unit. How can a trained tech put the wrong motor in an air conditioner?
How can your company have the nerve to do this to an elderly lady?
How do you stay in business? Do not call this company!
