They lied about the time they towed my vehicle and and there’s no ability for me to pick up my car until Monday. The lady with the answering service was rude and sarcastic.
Awful! Horrendous! I went down in person to sign a release; they lied later to my State Farm insurance tow company stating I didn't sign one. Then they demanded CASH ONLY PAYMENT for storage fees from my insurance company. Demanding cash only has been illegal in AZ since the law was changed in 2018. These people have held my car hostage for 10 days now before we were finally able to get it released. Please do something so these scammers can no longer do business here in Arizona, please.
Don’t let them fool you with saying you have to pay CASH that is false by Arizona new law. Towing companies we’re getting away with charging fees and only excepting cash so the governor of Arizona made it a law that all towing companies are to accept credit card and debit cards. This company has an ATM and tells you that they can only except cash. They’re doing this to avoid taxes and fraud against the government on the job that they’re actually performing. Not only that, the apartment complex in Goodyear that they said that they charge a $200 fee for service area when every other service area that they service is about 125-135. R and M towing-This company sits and or has people giving info on when cars are Parked in areas they are not suppose to be at an apartment called *** in Goodyear, but the apartment has no parking spaces for anyone to park. Then they hold your car hostage saying they need current registration and that’s Illegal. So if your kids are parking at zinc and registration is due that day. Already calling the buckeye police to make them aware of this and how this company does business. They are getting most of the tows by taking the polices jobs in hand and towing peoples cars thats tags are due that day or past due. And if you are in a red parking area due to No parking. They literally are making $250 plus on taking the law into their hands. Taking cars from a place called *** apartments in Goodyear all the way to Phx to charge more. But yet doing this daily at this apartment complex.
Illegally towed MC from out in front of our other vehicle in our complex. No valid reason, and after requesting PD to run our plate for more info to provide, was asked to leave the property. R&M towing is known for illegal towing and possession of stolen property, and is very clearly hiding something if they do not want police to be contacted. I have worked myself at other towing businesses and have never seen such behavior. Legal action is being taken.
They illegally told my truck within seconds Walked inside walked back out and my truck was gone HOA is wrong as well for not fixing the parking issues for other people parking in assigned areas they are not open but yet they towing cars illegally I don’t understand how this business has not been shut down due to the numerous complaints this company has been under investigation before for chop shops with other towing companies why are they still in business!! 3 on your side needs to take this seriously!!!
They wrongfully towed my car in my complex. I left in the morning for work, forgot something, came back, backed in and in a few minutes my car was stolen. The tow truck driver passed two other vehicles backed in over night, but chose to take mine. They are scamming people out of money and picking and choosing what cars to take.
They are unprofessional and just take your vehicle without a valid reason and they lie a receptionist said I could make an appointment on Saturday and when I called the receptionist said they don’t do appointments. They need to get sued.
R & M Towing is a group of unprofessional staffs. Drivers are far from the truth, they are like gangs, they abuse residents and towing without any reason. if you park your car in front of your apt, neither a fire lane nor other persons spot, they will tow your car. on 10/02/19 I parked my car in front of my apt (in old trash spot, currently open space) to drop off my baby, within 2 minutes they towed it, even I raised my hand to talk to they guy, he ignored me and took the car to their storage.
My vehicle was towed sometimes on 9/22. The vehicle was rightfully towed and I will own that. My issue with this company is that when I called to locate the vehicle and get information on how to pick it up. I was told by “Will” that the vehicle was not available for pick up until next week. Being that the car was towed on Sunday, 9/22, I asked if that was correct and my car would not be available for pick up until 9/30. He repeated again, that the care would not be available until next week. I said thank you and hung up the phone. I called back about 20 mins later with a third party on the line to make sure that I was getting the information correct. When I called back, I again spoke with “Will”. He refused to confirm the location of the vehicle and stated that he was an “answering service”. I asked if he was a third party and he stated yes and that he is located in Wisconsin. I asked for the name of his company and he stated it was “***”. I was pretty sure that it was a made up company but after doing some google, I was able to confirm that the company does not exist.
I told “Will” that there was medication in the vehicle that was needed so I need access to the vehicle. He proceed to give me an address of *** W Thomas Rd., Phoenix AZ then stated that it was the address to the local hospital and that I could go there if I needed medication that bad. I asked “Will” if he was going absorb the cost the hospital bill is he was going to deny access the vehicle. He then stated, “We will not pay for it and that’s what *** if for. You can go apply for it.” Obviously cost is not an issue, as I live in a brand new house, with a brand new care and have amazing multi coverage insurance. I asked him if I was supposed to wait 6-8 weeks to get a prescription for medication. Which he then told me that I need to get ***…..uh okay?
By the way, Arizona and Wisconsin are 1 party consent state so the call was recorded :)

I called R&M Towing Friday, August 30 to get a vehicle towed that parked in my assigned spot. I was hang up on me multiple times while I was still talking. I asked if I needed to be present with the tow truck arrived because I was going to be leaving soon for a few hours, the guy named Will responded, “Yes, you do need to be there so call us back later.” Then he hung up. I called back and said I was still talking but Will again, said “You said you wouldn’t be back until later.” Then he hung up. I called back and Will then proceeded to mock me and talk in a female’s voice. It’s obvious he acted this way because I am a woman and don’t feel he would have ever done this if I was a man. What terrible customer service for a person who is contracted for my apartment complex to treat someone like that. He was on speaker phone in the leasing office so they heard how rude he was and the staff had to call on their own just to get the issue addressed. All of this was completely unnecessary and there should have been no reason why the issue had to be escalated. I hope Will’s supervisor addresses this issue so it never happens to a future customer again.
Predatory and blatantly disrespectful. They attempted to break the law on 2 separate occasions that I had to deal with them regarding the same issue! They let air out of my tires in a temper tantrum fit when they realized I knew my rights and they were not getting a dollar out of me. I had to have the police come get my car!
They flat out refused service. What’s the point of having a service when they refuse and when you ask for the supervisor they act like it’s them. Worst tow service ever
MY 2003 CHRYSLER SEBRING WAS STOLEN ON JAN 18 2019.NOW ON GETTING PEOPLE LETTING ME KNOW IT WAS THIS CROOKED TOWING COMPANY THAT STOLE IT..I CALLED THEM ON THAT DAY AND THEY DENIED TAKEING MY CAR..I KNOW I WONT SEE MY CAR AGAIN BUT JUST WANT PUBLIC TO BEWARE OF THESE THEIVES.
I was in a car wreck and was given a rental car . I parked in my assigned space and my rental was towed Friday night . My parking permit is a window sticker. How can these people steal cars and be closed immediately . The car was towed after hours so why can’t I get my car after hours . SCAMERS.
I was visiting my mother and this tow company towed my car on a Friday right before they closed because my car was parked in my mother's assigned parking spot without a parking permit. I called to get my car and they told me I have to wait until next week when they open again.
This company took my car within 10 mins. They are to report the car to the police and take pictures before they can tow it. How they can do the in 10 mins is mind blowing. If you are living in apartments in Phoenix area be careful where you park these creeps are out to get you. The front desk has little to no common sense and no thothing about their policies. They will treat you like crap if you ask any questions. Very poor service. Even if you talk to them nicely they are rude.
This company is more of a salvage and recovery business before it is an actual towing company. They are hired by communities with an HOA to tow vehicles that are in violation. I live in an HOA community and my vehicle was parked on the street overnight. I had my parking permit displayed but this joke of a company towed my vehicle anyway. When I went to get my car out of impound, my wife is the one that went to get my registration out of the car. When she returned, she told me that the tag was in the car but was on a wire that was routed over the rearview mirror. Somehow during the tow, the tag was moved off of the mirror. The lady at the front desk said it wasn't their problem because they didn't see the tag through the window. Needless to say, it costed me 235 dollars to get my car back. 200 dollars for a 7 mile tow plus 35 dollars for a storage fee. This company drives around just looking for violators. The drivers of this company are careless and drive way above the speed limit in our neighborhood. I would never hire this company for any reason at all. They should be put out of business by the Revdex.com. They are a cash only business and have their own ATM on site for "your convenience!" They also charge 3.00 per transaction.
On 11/3/17 my son got his car towed from States on Maryland apartment complex. On 11/4/17 when he realized his car had been towed, he then contacted the tow company. when he arrived to this company they told him that he needed to have a notary letter from his mom stating that she authorize him to remove the car from the company. I live in California and my son lives in Arizona and going to school there. I attempted to resolve the issue with this company by phone but this company has NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL. When I called, MARISELA , who refused to give me her last name as well, answered the call and while attempting to resolve the issue, she hanged up on me. I called back and she answered again is the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever spoke with. The second time I called back, she immediately put me in hold for at least 20 min. I hanged up and called again and I was finally able to talk to her. She instructed me to do a notary letter and send it inmediately to her otherwise they were going to close the place and my son was going to be without a car until monday. I asked her to let me talk to a manager but she refused to let me talk to a higher authority. The problem I have with all this is that all this trouble could be resolved by me sending a copy either by fax, scan or whatever of my registration and CDL, but instead they make it almost impossible and miserable for all the students who get their cars tow. I am just wondering if this is a business connected to the apartment complex. I get it, my son didn't put his sticker on the right place and he has to pay the price, but do they really have to make this experience more negative than necessary. Maricela didn't have to be rude and I get it, I needed to do all that for my son to get his car, but customer service is important, I recommend this company to evaluate their personnel.
