Do not do business with Marquez Construction, they are dishonest and unreliableThey have no building skills whatsoeverThe quality of work is poor and have no clue as to what they are doingThey have no electrical or plumbing license and should not be allow to work in this county or elsewhereThey will fill you with lies and excuses and promises you everything and delivered noneThey will take you the customer for granted, and your moneyKeep away from this company

The only additional work and I repeat that I requested from M[redacted] Construction was to install drywall under the closet steps. It took 1and1/2 panels to complete this work The price per panel is $10 plus labor. The rest of the so call additional work was within the contract.
