R-N-R Auto Glass

When I first called the staff was very polite and friendly. They gave us a great quote and made us an appt. Once we arrived at our appointment they immediately took off our glass to replace it. Once all the glass was off they discovered they ordered the WRONG glass! They apologized.. and put plastic over where our window should have been and secured it with a strong tape.we had to drive around like that for 4 days. We should have walked away then!! Instead we gave the benefit of the doubt..people make mistakes. We ordered the glass ourselves this time and even delivered it to them. They then took our car to the garage and got the window in. We had to order paint because all around the window were scratches and chipped paint. They also left all the tape residue. Two days later our shark fin antenna ,which is right above the rear window they were working on, is missing! The car was only driven to and from work. There are cameras all over the work parking lot and our car was not tampered with. When we took a closer look you see that the tape residue, which we have pictures, was going over the back of the fin. So they HAD to touch the fin to both apply and remove the tape. the fin was obviously pulled because the holes around the screws were broken. And they were the ONLY other people who touched the car. The fin in specific. We tried handling it with them first so tthey can fix it. They asked for a auote, so we called the dealership and got one. The dealership said something really hard had to of hit it. (Like a huge piece of glass) r&r then asked if we can take the car in so they can take a look at it. We took it in and they completely denied any wrong doing. Supposedly the owner and his son did the work so he is positive nothing happened. Then why did he ask if he can look at it and for a quote if he was certain they did nothing wrong? Then when I called back to ask for their names the owner got on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude!!! and very defensive. making remarks like ," I know how to do my job, if you think you know better maybe you should come in and teach us." "You weren't complaining when we gave you a good price right?" (On the wrong glass!) I just want to let you know they are NOT very professional. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone!!

yesterday we called RNR Auto Glass to come out and replace our badly cracked front windshield for our 2006 Chrysler minivan. This morning they showed up, on time, and efficiently/professionally replaced the windshield for a fair price. They left the car clean inside and out and the work was of a high quality. It looks great and the installation is solid. I highly recommend them to everyone in San Antonio
