Review: We were sold Laminate that was supposed to be new and with a warranty that was discontinued in 2007 so it was in their warehouse for at least 6 years. We didn't find out until after it was installed and the corners of the laminate were chipping and the seams was lifting. We tried several time to contact them and we have been getting the run around since January. I did talk to one of the owners ([redacted]) and he said "oh that was sold as is." We were never told that and our paperwork does not reflect that it is "as is." We were told that their product was better than we can get at Home Depot. And we had to finish the floor ourselves because R-n-R did not give the installer enough base and trim to finish the job (that we paid for). An independent contractor has come out to look at the flooring (June 5th) and has given R-n-R his report. And we still have heard nothing from R-n-R. We did find out through Mohawk (which we have a copy of that email) that the flooring was discontinued in 2007.

We just want our money back for the flooring. We will have someone that is professional install a new floor. Someone that will stand behind his products.
