I am rejecting this response because:They are offering to refund me partial refund, but do not state what that amount is. Please tell me the amount they are offering.I have had no contact with them since filing this complaint

He contracted us to not trim his oak tree but to remove all LARGE DEAD WOOD IN THE OAKMost of the dead wood was on the bottom of the tree which was over shed and houseAll this was removedHe came out twice and looked at the tree and did point out a couple of branches and they were taken care
ofWe agreed on $and he received $worth of dead woodingA tree that large would cost a lot more to completely dead wood it and we discussed this when the estimate was doneHe called awhile after the job was completely and told me there were some branches that were dead in the treeWhen he called, I informed him that we had a big storm that came through and that we were very busy with this storm damage workWe always put storm damage first before regular workI feel we did the job correctly and completely and don't feel he is entitled to any money backIf he is dissatisfied with our work, I would be willing to give him what a few branches are worth but don't feel it is necessaryI want to make all my customers happy and will do my bestI feel right now I can't make him happyAs far as him commenting about the neighbors power line being knocked down, that has nothing to do with his jobHer line to her shed was way too lowEven the StClair county inspector stated it should have never been put where it wasWe took care of that and made it better and now it is where it should beWe have done work for Mr*** before and never had any problems Thank you for your time.
