had to a replacement air handler that was set up for the new R10-A and her current unit was Rold style refrigerantThis means you have to change the indoor expansion 410-A meter valve to an Rexpansion valve to make the unit operate with the old condensing unitWe have done that to manufactures specificationThe purchasing cost for that was $2,this work was done 12/7/I personal let the homeowner know that the condensing coil needed to clean and homeowner stated he would take care of it.Then we paid $install back grille in wall and run a drain line under crawl space and install one over flow safety switch as we didThis was paid 12/7/Then I aura *** *** call on or around 5/27/and request service on her unit had stopped working after getting to the house and found the problem to be a bad start and run capacitor and air contactor in outdoor condensing unitShe stated the parts should be under warranty and informed her that here was no warranty on the outside unit it was not new She didn't pay the invoice until 8/13/which was overdueThe amount was $*** *** called into the office and stated that she had some other company look at the unit and said we install the wrong piece of equipment regarding the air handlerI told was as manufacturers do not make Rair handling unit anymoreSo you have use R410-A air handler and change the IXV expansion valve Rfor proper installation*** *** didn't want to hear thatI stated that is the way it is if she wanted to match up with her old outdoor condensing unit*** *** called us back on 4/24/at 11:am to set an appointment to inspect and check the operation of her unit as she was selling her homeShe set an appointment up with our new office person that didn't know the history on *** *** accountI informed my office person to contact her and cancel the appointment as we prefer not to do business with her due to her history with this companyExample: overdue amounts on her account and wanting something for nothingFar as any warranty on her air handler she has a manufacturer warranty for parts onlyWe have honored or labor warranty of one year just on the air handler

Review: I had a new ac unit put in by this company and shortly after that it wasn't working properly, when I called to have them come back to look at it one of the employees who put it in took the phone from the receptionist and yelled at me saying I was accusing him of putting it in wrong which I never stated, I simply wanted someone to come check it. Now 2 -1/2 years later we are selling our home and an inspector said something was wrong with the ac unit so since it is still under warranty I called the company who put it in to have someone come and inspect it. I set up an appointment with the receptionist(same one as before) and the day before the scheduled appointment the receptionist called me and said they needed to cancel the appointment per owners request, I asked why and she couldn't give me an answer. I stated that the inspection needed to be done and that it was still under warranty and she told me it wasn't under warranty with them but with the company I ordered it from, I explained that they ordered it and she just continued to tell me that they were not going to come out per owners request. I was treated so badly by the employee and the receptionist the first time we had an issue and again the second when they cancelled the appointment. I have heard numerous people since having them install it for us who have had issues with this company and mainly because of the employee who treated me so badly, we have also seen bad reviews of the company and the employee had rudely replied to the reviews. This company has no customer service and does not stand behind their work or their products. I am now having to pay someone to fix something that is covered by a warranty.Desired Settlement: I am going to have to pay another company to come and fix something that is under warranty .Would also like them know that they have had a complaint due to their costumer service

Invoice number 14 is the replace air handler only as she did not want to purchase a complete system due financial reason so we had to a replacement air handler that was set up for the new R4 10-A and her current unit was R22 old style refrigerant. This means you have to change the indoor expansion 410-A meter valve to an R22 expansion valve to make the unit operate with the old condensing unit. We have done that to manufactures specification. The purchasing cost for that was $2,479.77 this work was done 12/7/2011. I personal let the homeowner know that the condensing coil needed to clean and homeowner stated he would take care of it.Then we paid $218.41 10 install back grille in wall and run a drain line under crawl space and install one over flow safety switch as we did. This was paid 12/7/2011.Then I aura [redacted] call on or around 5/27/2012 and request service on her unit had stopped working after getting to the house and found the problem to be a bad start and run capacitor and 30 air contactor in outdoor condensing unit.
