THINK ABOUT IT. This guy claims in his TV commercials to have saved people $8,000,000.
Founded in 2008…that means he has to have averaged about 62,000 closings every year since day ONE ! That's about 1200, per week or 240 per day every day including day one and year one when he was an obscure start up.
NONSENSE. Check the numbers as I did… Wells Fargo does LESS.
My personal experience wound up with my wife and I walking out of a closing with these frauds. All the paperwork... ALL OF IT was significantly different than quoted. The no closing cost deal wound up having other costs that were much higher than the closing costs would have been…and much higher than the competition.
Use your heads. In 13 years in business, he claims to have saved folks $8,000,000. He's on TV constantly in paid advertising. Really? You'd have to be an i[censored] to believe he's not scooping it elsewhere in every deal.

I refinanced with RP funding 5 yrs ago and all went well. I recently got an offer from them so talked to broker David Simpson who told me the interest rate after a credit check. He then sent paperwork that was not the rate we discussed. I know he mislead me (because I keep notes on such things). RP has changed and not for the better.

This has got to be the absolute most annoying guy on tv. And the most dorkiest. Robert Palmer please do us all a favor and get off the commercials already. You should really consider hiring someone else for that

RP funding is no better than other lenders, and based on my experience it's horrible experience working with them. I'm being honest and objective when writing this post. Here is a general background of my case. My loan application to RP funding was submitted on 2/19 and the closing date is 3/16.
First of all, it took a long time to get the appraisal report back. I gave them my credit card number once I decide to go with them and that was before the loan application submission. It took a while for them to order the appraisal and it took a while for the appraiser to do the appraisal and then got the report. It took 2 weeks when I got the appraisal on 3/3.
Finally my loan was approved on 3/10 Tuesday but there were conditions. My realtor kept asking them what the conditions were and what we need to do to remove them because time was running out. We had to have everything in place by Friday 3/13 to close on Monday 3/16. They didn't get back to us until Friday 3/13 afternoon stated some
