This company shows no credibility in their customer service! If you have a service contract with Electrolux/Frigidaire and they assign R & R their word is completely worthless. Twice confirmed appointment direct with them and they called telling you warranty repairs go to the end of their priority. Customer service agent *** calls you liar regarding their commitment. Mr *** (?President) is not available to discuss incredibly incompetent customer service and June will not give you a contact to advise of incompetent call center "clerks". DO NOT ALLOW FRIGIDARE TO ASSIGN YOU THIS REPAIR COMPANY!
