We called them out last we can fix an issue with our air-conditioning system. The person who came out it was one thing when it really was not. Our air lasted all of two days and then went out again. On Monday, he was called back out to fix the issue and he assured us that it was fixed that day. He added 3 pounds of freon and didn't once wonder why he had to add it to a new system. He also didn't bother to check for a leak. On Tuesday, our air went out again . Obviously, the issue was not fixed. We ended up going with another company, who finally found our Freon leak, and has hopefully fix our issue.
I bought a [redacted] Home thinking a brand new home would be a dream come true. Boy, was I wrong. Nothing but problems and excessive money coming from my pockets for faulty plumbing, electrical and now ineffective ductwork. However, word of mouth travels fast around our "#1 selling subdivision in [redacted] County 4 years in a Row." I was referred to COMPLETE AIR CONDITIONING & HEATING SERVICES by a neighbor for fair and reasonable prices, fast and dependable service. Absolutely 100% correct! I called on Tuesday and they were at my house the next day with a solution and two options for ME TO CHOSE.
