The business has responded Please see below:The customer came in and stated that her tire was losing air and asked if we could check it outWe informed the customer that in fact all of her tires were bald and that she could really use new tiresThe customer declined and asked that we just fix the tire losing airWe dismounted the tire, machine cleaned the rim, applied new bead sealer, remounted the tire, balanced the tire and rechecked it to make sure it wasn't losing air againWe determined that the tire was not leaking any longer but was initially leaking from around the rim due to excessive oxidation buildupWe informed the customer that we performed a flat repair and she was charged accordingly($37.00) total including taxThe customer called a few days later and said she was unhappy with the price of the flat repair and wanted a refundThe customer stated that she brings her cars here for tires but we have no records of her previously purchasing tires from usWe do offer free lifetime tire rotations for customer that purchase new tires from usUpon doing more research into finding the customers purchase history we found that she never actually purchased the tires from us at allWhen we asked her to produce a copy of an invoice she provided us with a copy of another customers invoiceShe stated that gentleman who's name was on the invoice had brought the car in for herIn any event the customer was not misled in any wayOur employees are not paid on commission and only sell a customer what they need, when they need itThe customer came in for a simple flat repair and got exactly thatWe are sorry that we could not make this customer happy and look forward to the opportunity to help her in the future
