We offer you the following information regarding our customer's recent complaint.The customer opened an account with Dollar Bank on September 26, and did file a claim with our [redacted] Department on October 31, 2016, regarding ATM withdrawals made between October - 21, The customer was sent a letter with a claim form to complete and return to usWe received the information back but needed additional information to include a police reportA phone message was left for the customer on November 14, 2016, which was followed up by a letter dated November 15, 2016.We did not hear back from the customer and closed the claim on November 29, A letter was sent to the customer advising him of not proceeding with the claim, as we were not provided all necessary paperworkWe have received no further calls or documents from the customerThe time period to process this claim has elapsed and cannot be pursued with Dollar Bank by the customer.We have attached copies of the three letters that were sent to the customerPlease let me know if you have any additional questions regarding this matterSincerely, [redacted] VP/Quality Management

2016. The customer was sent a letter with a claim form to complete and return to us. We received the information back but needed additional information to include a police report. A phone message was left for the customer on November 14, 2016, which was followed up by a letter dated November 15, 2016.We did not hear back from the customer and closed the claim on November 29, 2016. A letter was sent to the customer advising him of not proceeding with the claim, as we were not provided all necessary paperwork. We have received no further calls or documents from the customer. The time period to process this claim has elapsed and cannot be pursued with Dollar Bank by the customer.We have attached copies of the three letters that were sent to the customer.
