We have spoken many times in the last week with the client and they are taking delivery of the car today which is Friday May 20thWayne Ford has apologized many times concerning the pricing error online and has certified the car for free along with significantly discounting the vehicleThe customer hopes to take the vehicle home today

I obtained services from Mforce Credit Repair and owner [redacted] in April There is a $monthly charge automatically withdrawn from your checking account for their services with the option to cancel at anytime A day rule for cancelation is in place for the company to stop payment of the automatic deduction from your checking accountHe has not performed any services or updated my profile since September 10,but has continued to take paymentI called [redacted] on his cellphone on November 15,and made him aware that I would like to cancel services so as of that date, it would be my day noticeHe quickly responded that we wanted to talk about it, and asked if he could call me back in just a few minutes I never got a return call or response Knowing that he was trying to put me off, I text him on November 18, and stated, "Please note my cancelation date of services was effective Thursday November 17, Thanks for your help." The client did have a smooth paperwork delivery and upon delivery our cleanup crew noticed a check engine light had come onWe diagnosed the vehicle as have a faulty sensor which we immediately order under factory warrantyWe apologized for the inconvenience and offered the client a choice of
loaner vehicles till the part arrivedThe part was delayed so we removed the sensor from one of our new Transits so as not to inconvenience the customerThe customer seemed the thrilled upon receipt of their new Transit and we wish them continued enjoyment in their new vehicle

I have been going to Yorktown automotive for several years nowThere are not enough positive words to describe this company, its ethics, or its dedication to its customers! Being a female, we are sometimes taken advantage of at an auto shopThe service techs here are always honest and will never steer anyone in the direction that would cost them money they don't need to spend!

Good Morning,I was away for your first email so I apologize for not responding earlier. We have investigated the complaint and have not been able to verify the validity of it. The average miles per gallon display on the vehicles dashboard is clearly displaying over 6 miles per gallon more than what...

he states he is averaging. We checked all the diagnostic systems and all systems where within Ford's guidelines. Wayne Ford stated that they would be more than happy to address any mechanical issue that is verifiable. We would also be willing if the customer would like to fill the tank and track it with our mechanic driving the vehicle. The customer stated that unless we moved him into a new Ford EDGE with a full refund on his ESCAPE he would write disparaging blogs, call the Revdex.com, and do everything he could to destroy our 50 year reputation. Wayne Ford is not denying that he may or may not have a concern but all work to date include all computer print readouts and average fuel economy readouts are stating over 18.4 miles per gallon. We would again be more than happy to assist the customer with any concerns he has with the Escape but there are channels such as normal warrantee guidelines and if not Lemon Law which need to be followed.

incurred. Ford Motor Company has recently sent a service bulletin with a computer update to solve the battery drainage issue that the car was experiencing. We are also working with Ford on obtaining assistance in getting you into a new vehicle and should have that answer shortly. We realize that it must be so frustrating and we are working behind the scenes to provide you with multiple solutions to your concerns. Best Troy

Review: On [redacted] we met [redacted] and decided to get an estimate for window for our home. He came in with a really high bid around $[redacted]. We told him that we could not afford to use his services. He then came in and said he could do the windows for $[redacted]. We agreed to put in lesser quality windows than he had bid before. On [redacted] we wrote him a check for $[redacted] half of what the total would be. In [redacted] we had one sliding door and two boarded up windows on each side. He finally put temporary windows in at the end of [redacted]. The door nor the windows where sealed or finished up to today. In [redacted]. he asked for an advance of $[redacted] to get a mason in to close up a window on the north side and enlarge a window. He was busy that day with another job so he asked us to pay $[redacted] the mason for his labor of temp windows. He was going to put in other windows so having 1/2 inch openings on each side of the windows, we decided to stuff them with paper. Everything is still the same on those windows. You can actually move the window it is so loosely installed. It is now [redacted] and nothing has been done to the windows. We still have 6 other windows that have not been changed out. We still have the 2 by 4s exposed on the windows he has installed. He had pulled a permit with the city of [redacted] to install the windows and do other construction projects on [redacted]. He did help us out with the city when they ordered a stop work on our house. We got all permits, paid all fines...but do not have the certificate of Occupancy because the windows are not in. We have gone to the city and the secondary number they had [redacted] which was his [redacted]'s private number. When he found out we had called that number he got upset, I will forward the email he sent. He said talking to his [redacted] was not an incentive to finish the work for us. I did not want it to come to this in fear he would NEVER come finish the work. We are at our wits end and are now having to pay someone else finish the work for [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like the windows that are ours in his warehouse and installed properly. I do not think this will ever happen...We will gladly pay him what we owe if he will comply.
