June 24, 2015Dear [redacted] ,Thank you for your letter dated Tuesday, June 2, This is the first notice I have received on this matter since MrK [redacted] is no longer with BAS and hasn't been for at least yearsYes, by all means reopen the complaint # [redacted] .I do remember *** [redacted] and his order placed on 02/25/but it was placed under the name of [redacted] not ***.We just implemented a new shipping system called " [redacted] " and it is possible that the order placed was hung up in our system [redacted] called and was undecided whether or not he wanted the order cancelled and upon several conversations with MsE [redacted] he finally decided to cancel his orderIt was my decision to; on good faith, send him his order anyway at no cost for product or shipping[redacted] sent our company a donation of $so that we could improve our Customer Service Deptand I was very gracious thanking him for his kind and generous donation.If you should need to contact me anymore, I am at 301.234-(Mon., Wed., and Fridays)m at our DC office on Tuesday and Thursday at [redacted] - [redacted] Kind regards,Diane BCustomer Service Rep
