Review: I was recommended and references by [redacted] to use R&R Electronics to repair an LG refrigerator model number [redacted]/** which stopped working after two years. I made the service call and R&R Electronics showed up to my home to evaluate the refrigerator. The repair man pulled out the refrigerator, turned off the water valve on the wall and disconnected the hose from the refrigerator. After a few minutes he concluded that it was the compressor or the compressor starter that was not functioning. Parts would need to be ordered, so he pushed the fridge back into its cabinet and he left. 3 days later he came back to replace the started and when he pulled the fridge back out of the fridge cabinet there was water damage all over the back drywall of the fridge cabinet and the adjacent walls including the pantry. Apparently they did not reconnect the fridge waterline and water slowly leaked for 3 days behind the fridge. He acknowledged the damage, I called the main office to report the damages and they said that they would have a drywall repair man call me right away, I took pictures, the repair man took pictures, he replaced the compressor starter, reinstalled the water line and left; (it was not the starter, the fridge was never repaired).

I called the office after a day of not hearing from the repair man, and I was told that he would call me right away. I continued to call daily and was given the same response for two weeks but a repair man never contacted me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the damage to the drywalls to be repaired and brought to their original condition by an insured and bonded drywall finishing professional.

Review: My husband and I have been dealing with this company since the 2nd week of May, 2014. At first they were very helpful. The first call they came out, looked over the refrigerator said the mother board was bad. Had to order would come back when the part arrived. Came back to install and couldn't figure out where the part went. Left. 3 kids came back to install the mother board, broke the water line to the ice maker, were going to solder a copper water line when my son told them that was not the thing to do. I have pictures of how destroyed my kitchen was. Another tech, older showed up and finished the job. The refrigerator worked for about a week. The same code then popped up and the refrigerator quit working once more. The tech came up the 30th of May and said it was a start cap for the compressor. Part finally came in after I called several times, the tech installed it on the 11th of June. The refrigerator still would not start and had the same error code. I told the tech that I thought it had something to do with the ice maker. He then roughly pulled the tray out of the ice maker and noticed a loose sensor. The sensor must have fallen and been caught in the ice tray damaging it. He noted on the paperwork that the ice maker was broken and that the problem had not been repaired. I have on my phone a recording of every word he said. He tried to call his office and ask for the definition of the code, they merely routed him to his boss who said the code wasn't on the door when he came to work on the refrigerator. The tech said yes it was. It was on the door the first time he came up! Then the tech told the person on the other end of the phone he refused to come up here and work on this refrigerator anymore. He was done. I called [redacted]'s and explained to them what the tech said. She said a customer service mediator would be contacting me within 2 business days. When I called [redacted]'s to see why they hadn't called me they told me that a "[redacted]" from R&R Electronics called and told them that we cut the wire thus voiding the warranty with the refrigerator. We never even seen that wire until the tech pulled the ice tray from the ice maker. I had a certified electrician come over and look at the wires. He said that they were not cut but obviously had gotten hung up on the tray after becoming dislodged. How could this "[redacted]" make that accusation and void our warranty without having the facts. Like I said I have the whole conversation recorded on my phone because they people have been incompetent since the first visit. They never bothered to look up the codes and the tech even stated that when he came up on the 11th of June. I looked up the codes and they do have to do with the icemaker. This particular refrigerator also has horrible reviews that I didn't know about regarding the ice maker until today, the 13th of June.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the ice maker. They obviously destroyed the wire when the tech roughly pulled out the ice tray. I want this made right with [redacted]'s to be covered and I want it done in a timely fashion. I don't think I am asking too much for them to fix something right the first time, take some time, do some research and find out what was wrong in the first place and fix it instead of replacing the refrigerator part by part, hoping for the best.

If they cannot fix it. then send another company up here to fix it and finalize the situation instead of costing us $2300.00 for a new refrigerator!

Stay away! This repair center does not know what they are doing. My dishwasher has been broken now for over 2 weeks. Their techs don't show up. The lady in the office won't call you back when she says she will. They show up with broken parts or damaged box parts and install them anyways. They have no parts in stock, and when a part is back ordered they do not communicate that to you, they just leave you hanging. I have made a formal complaint with **, but I doubt anything will come of it.

very poor service and customer support. I fixed my new washer that they couldnt troubleshoot, now I have called them and they wont return my phone call its been over 2 weeks. I do not reccomend anyone use this company.
