R&R Exteriors, has done everything they said they were going to do and they have far exceeded my expectations

*** called me saying his roof blew upIt turned out to be storm damage and not a warranty issueI went out and told him that and he kept insisting it was an installation problemI'm pretty sure he called his insurance companyThis work was done under my former businessI was going to try to
help but the issue that he's having is an insurance issue

My complaint with *** *** is that he owes me $for damage that his contractors did to my fence He told me to do the work since they had never showed up to do it, so I got *** to do it I have been trying to get in touch with him since the beginning of the year He always tells me he will bring the check over, mail it, or its on his desk and I never have received it I have sent him a certified letter so he would have my address and what I needed done to my yard He finally gave me the contractors numbers so I got in touch with him, and he fixed the problem with the yard I told him in the letter he is getting to the point I will not recommend him to anyone, and after posting this I will not, because I was suppose to have a year warranty Since he will not return $125, how will he hold up on a year warranty?

R & R Services installed a patio cover on my home in with a year warranty and the roof covering is loose all to way around and flaps in the windI have called the owner numerous time and he stated they would come out on Saturday and nobody ever shows up ! I have call him twice this week and my call has not been returned

I received my refund. My complaint is resolved.

I took a look at it and he wanted me to fix it for free.  I told him it was an insurance issue. I am rejecting this response because: Roof did not brow off! The glue used is not holding the rubber roofing down and there is one inch bulges in the middle of the roof. They had came out right after installing the roof for this same problem also R&R Services did not even come out to look at roof so how can they make the statement provided to the Revdex.com.
