R & R Fence

Review: We hired R&R to build a fence in town, when asked if it was built to code we did not get a return call. Then we noticed the gates were no longer latching and many of the posts were loose. My husband managed to get ahold of [redacted] the owner. He said he would meet us later that day and never called or showed up. Repeated calls have gone unanswered. When I hire a professional company I expect them to do a job to code and get it done correctly. They should have knowledge of the soils and set the posts accordingly. The thin boards are now starting to bow, we have to add another cross board to sturdy this up. We should not have to worry about the gates latching or the boards bowing. We built the fence for the protection and safety of our animals. All the latches are so high, only my tall sons can reach them. We are not happy with his overall service. Desired Settlement: Repair of loose posts and gate latches.
