Review: in august of this year I had a roof put on by R&R since it has started to rain here lately I have developed leaks in the roof. one is at the site of my skylite. it has never leaked before. the other is on the back side of my house where a chimney was. we had a wood stove we no longer had I had them to remove the pipe that was there. it started to leak and it had leaked before. I called him a little over a week ago and I have not heard anything from him regarding the leaks at all. .I talk to the son and he didn't like it that it was at the sky lite and acted as if was my fault I did tell him it never had leak before the work was done thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to see my roof fixed so it doesn't leak and on the inside have the inside ceiling fixed where it has done damage.

R&R is working with the Home owner to find and solve the problem with their roof. After first contacting us we stopped by the same day but was unable to make contact with the home owner. Unfortunate we failed to follow up due to a communication/scheduling error. We have meet with the home owner and are working to resolve the issue.

This company installed a metal roof on my home. I can't say enough about their professionalism. On time. Work done as promised. Clear communication throughout the entire process. The roof looks (and works) great! Highly recommended
