In response to Compliance #[redacted]: Attached is the correspondence exchanged with [redacted]. for the claimed incident on one of our Projects with the City of Portland. We reached out to [redacted]. and instructed him to have his insurance contact us so we could get our insurance involved. [redacted]....

never responded to us and we have never heard from his insurance. R&R General Contractors, Inc. will get our insurance involved once [redacted]. has his insurance get in touch with us. I have attached pictures of the site. Based on the site, we don't understand how this incident is possible based on the temporary traffic devices we installed to protect the construction site. All traffic devices are placed as per the MUTCD Traffic Standards Manual. We are not in agreement or will accept this claim. We will however have our insurance get in touch with [redacted]. insurance once claimant provides insurance information  Please let me know what other information you need from R&R in order to get this matter closed out and complaint removed.
