R & R Heating & Air Conditioning

I had an issue with the AC at my house that needed to be fixed because we had a day old babyOur homeowners insurance let us know on Monday that we would hear within hours from R&R Heating & Air ConditioningWe contacted R&R on Tuesday afternoon because they failed to contact us within hours and we were concerned about the temperature with the newborn and they said they would be out on Friday between 7-We text, called and emailed first thing Friday to confirm and did not hear backWe tried again and finally received a call from them around PM to say that they would not be able to make it out todayThey would call us on Saturday to reschedule for a different day
After a conversation with the Home Owners Insurance company we got someone else to come outIf you want someone that follows up and arrives during their scheduled time, I would not use R&RThe fact that they have no concern for an infant's safety is disturbing to me
