Window Genie charged $477.00 for pressure washing and gutter cleaning. They did this while I was at work. When I came home, the same dead bugs were on the porch and the same debris was on the sidewalk and driveway as when I left, and I could not see a difference from the front at all. The 8x12 deck in the back had been cleaned well on the inside only (and only cleaned. The price did not include sealing. I did that myself). The outside of the deck was still gray. The concrete patio in the back was not cleaned. The gutters on both sides were also still gray. I called back and the owner said "I don't know why (xzy) wasn't done". They came back the next day while I was at work and did the patio and front walk. The next day it rained, and the rear gutter overflowed. I emailed about that. The owner left me a scathing voicemail saying that he is "not going to stand out in the rain to see where the gutter is overflowing" and told me that (for $477.00) he didn't contract to do all the things that weren't done. I had to hire someone else behind Window Genie.The owner refused to negotiate for a lower rate equal to the quality of work (other professional estimates said that $175.00 would be a fair rate for their completed work).
Considering the callback, having to hire others behind this company, and the completely horrible customer experience of being berated and threatened by the owner, I am submitting this review. It's been a nightmare.
