I am rejecting this response because: This is not information that was given when I tried to speak with themBeing removed from contact is nice and all, but was only requested because they could not even proviede me a reason that they called so it seemed very fraudulent. It is very poor business practice to not even know why they call someoneIf they would have given me the resposne that they did in the email at the time, not only could I possibly have been of help, we could have avoided this. I believe they handled the situation as they intnded to, which is shady business practice, and they need to be taken to task for that.

I have been going back and forth with Ms*** since July 25th regarding this inquiry. The part of this equation she is leaving out is that the employee who pulled this inquiry is her daughter. She has waivered a couple times regarding what she wanted done regarding this matterWe
have addressed the inquiry with her daughter and handled it according to company policy. As far as removing the inquiry on her report that is a very hard thing to get done. It can not be removed but it can be supressed. We are in the process of having it supressed but it is not a quick process and takes a lot of work. With that being said even when we request they be supressed it is not always done. An inquiry affects your credit score so little that getting them spressed is next to impossible. But as I stated we are following all steps we can on our end to have it supressed

The inquiry has been removed from the customers credit bureau as requested by the customer.

The person below, Mr. [redacted] was used as a back up number for a friend of his who has an account with us.  That friend is [redacted].  I have instructed our office to inform Mr. [redacted] we will not be using Mr. [redacted]’s number and he must supply us with another number.  Mr....
