We hail major hail damage this past summer. The Insurance adjuster came out and wrote up the claim. I called Rey (on a Saturday) and he was at my home an hour later.
Rey made this a simple process and with me not knowing how claims worked he walked me thru the exactly what how everything works.
I would highly recommend R & R Remodeling. His crew did a fantastic job and I couldn't be happier!

I give Rey and his company R & R Remodeling, Inc. my highest recommendation. A storm came through our area and Rey helped us through the process of working with our insurance company on the claim. He met with the adjuster to secure insurance coverage of a full roof replacement, new siding on the entire house, new gutters, and finally our deck being stained. He facilitated various crews at our house to accomplish everything in a timely manner. All crews that were at our house were very hardworking and answered any questions we had. Rey was always onsite to ensure quality work and our yard was left as if they had never been there. Every text and phone call were always promptly returned. It’s difficult choosing a contractor and knowing who to trust. Rey and his company were recommended to us by another contractor who had previously done work at our house. Replace the roof on house and garage, Crew arrived at site at 7:00am and were done at 2:30. I have never witnessed a more organized operation. Crew was totally centered on job and very professional. When the last person left you could not find a scrap of roofing or nail anywhere. These guys are the BEST in the business.

R&R replaced the roof on our house and garage. Rey and his crew were reliable, trustworthy, and very hardworking. Rey showed up on a moments notice and immediately had a plan for replacing our roof. I called Ray at 230 pm and explained the ice dam was creating a leak in my home. He assured me that it would be cleared before the end of the evening. He then called me a couple hours later and said he would have someone out by 530 pm.
Rey came out with his guys introduced himself and was very professional. They finished the heavy iced dam @ 2 hours. They were very efficient and wasted no time. I had never experienced this type of work and watched the entire time. What was most impressive was how they cut through the ice dam with the hot steam/water and removed chunks without doing any damage.
Rey knew I was in a tough spot but he charged me the going rate in the area which was equally appreciated. I will definitely use Rey and his company in the future for any roofing, siding, gutter and ice dam removals just from this one experience.

I am totally blown away with the outstanding job Rey and his crew did at my house. I contracted for a new roof, fascia and leaf guard gutters. The cost was reasonable and the materials and workmanship are top quality. The yard was spotless after they were done.
Rey was very responsive to any question and called with updates when materials would be delivered, when work would commence and when the gutters would be installed.

The first time Pete knocked on our door I politely refused. We knew we had to replace our roof but didn't think insurance would cover it as we had a claim for new window's after previous bad storm. Later this summer Pete stopped by again and crawled on our roof and explained that there was storm damage. He said he would work with the claims adjuster to see what he could get done. The day the adjuster came and Pete was there showing him the damage and pointing out what needed to be fixed or replaced. In the end we were able to get our new roof, vents, and fascia done for the cost of our insurance deductible. They even came and powered washed and re stained our deck! Pete came and checked on the crew through out the whole project and his communication with us was excellent.
The crew was great they had most everything done in a day! Would highly recommend R&R Remodeling again.

It was a pleasure working with both Ray and Richard of RR. We found them to be knowledgeable, professional and honest. We contracted RR for re-roofing our home and adding gutters. Their crews did an outstanding job in every aspect. We would use RR again and recommend them if you want a fair price and a job well done!

This has taken me longer to do , post a review, but I would recommend Rey and his crew any day. First off the wonderful Pete came to us after we had been declined by ins for a full tear off. Then Pete knocked on our door and was blown away that we got denied! He went to bat for us, due to a second opinion and got it approved...We were so impressed with his enthusiasm and his professionalism that we knew we had chosen the right company. to work with. Meeting Rey, the contractor also put up at ease and knew he was a up front guy and would get the job done in a timely manner. I had my roof replaced by RR on October 18 this year. They did a very good job. The work was done quickly and they did a good job protecting my plants around my house. They did a great clean up also.

R&R Remodeling was by far the best contractor that's ever worked on my house. Rey and his guys replaced my storm damaged roof. The roof looks fantastic. Their work ethic and effiencency was superb. They tarped all around the house and did not damage a single plant or flower ( which we have numerous around our house) Not a nail could be found after they were done. The crew was really hard working,reliable, and polite. Everything went completely smooth from start to finish. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would
give this company an 11. My wife and I cannot be happier

We recently worked with Peter from R&R Remodeling and was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Peter made a point to meet with our insurance adjuster and the project was approved/completed within 2 weeks. Both Peter and the owner Rey came out on the day the project was being done to be sure everything was going well.
