I had the best experience at r&r auto sales in orland I was told by corning ford to go there and talk to Many so I went there on Friday and talked to him he was very respectful and friendly to me I had a very bad experience recently with exfinity in Roseville outo mall so I was skeptical he showed me two cars that I qualified for but they were older and I wanted my husband to look so I asked him if I could come back in the morning he said shure what time so I asked If 9am was ok he said no problem I dident know that they were not open on the weekend so he came in for us on his day off and he had worked until 12am the previouse day any way me and my husband test drove the older car and neither one of us really wanted it even though it was in our price range so when we got back we looked at a ford explorer that we really liked and asked him if he could try to get us into that he said of course he would work with us our credit is not great so I wasent to hopefull but with in 3 hours we were out the door in our new to us car I would give r&r sales and Manny a big big thumbs up and recommend them to my friends and family they will work with you and our car even came with a warrentey witch I did not think ever happened with used cars many even offered to buy us breakfast and he bought us coffee while we were waiting and filled up the car amazing job thank you Many and r&r outo sales for making this a great painless experience

I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, twenty-eight to be exact. This car buying experience was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I will certainly purchase another vehicle from them and I will happily recommend people to purchase here. I literally drove across the valley to make my purchase and I am glad I did. Friendly people and fair prices, I will be back; I'm a car addict. LOL!

On January of 2014 I went in and purchased a cadilac deville. After getting on the freeway going back to redding, I noticed the car was making a strange noise,and sputtering. I pulled aside and called r&r and told them. I was told , there was nothing wrong with the car.ii then continued to have problems , dead battery,sputtering. They then picked up the car from my home, and took it back to there shop, for repairs.they it for 6 days. I picked the car, and it seemed to be working right for about a week. Not only did the car have the same problems, sputtering, the car wouldn't start, but now it had electrical issues, while driving down the road. My trunk opened, and the door to my gas cap too. So I called them back, again I was told, just how wonderful this car was, and that there was nothing wrong with it.and that they can no longer work on the car. And if they did work on it, I would have to pay for the repairs.since January I have bought 4 batteries, and had the car looked at numerous times, and was told I have major electrical issues. I have been telling them since January all this. And nothing has been done. Also I have had the car towed countless times, my insurance company will no longer tow my car.I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Review: During my experience with R&R I was told I was going to be co-signer on my boyfriends car loan. When I talked to the finance company my name is actually on the car loan with my boyfriend and also I am the co-signer. I never applied for the loan. I was under the impression that I would only be the co-signer and I would be responsible for any payments if he was not able to. When contacting the dealership I never get a phone call back.Desired Settlement: I would like to be taken off the loan.

and her boyfriend. Per California law both buy and co-buyer are equally

responsible for the loan and payments. In

California there is not COOLING OFF period unless purchased and the time of

sale.
