Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The times at which their company operates that lot SOLELY is the time my vehicle was hitIf the business ower is REFUSING to accept responsibility on his own, what makes me believe that he will accept it through an insurance agency? He had his chance to go through the insurance at a cheaper rate, and now I will not file a claim with themHe will need to pay full damages and rental feesIf they are continuing to refuse to accept responsibility, as previously stated, the matter will remain unresolved in the Revdex.com complaints Regards,

All claims of damage need to be reported before leaving the property which this was notAdditionally, after evaluating his vehicle I personally could find nothing wrong with his car seat at all Denied based on reporting after the fact and that there is no actual damage

We do not have sole use of the lot on any dayAlso there is no proof we hit the carI can't pay just because she says pay meThe burden of proof is on her and she has not met that burdenPlease let me know if someone saw this damage happen by one of our agents than we can do somethingWithout proof this is pure speculation and I can only operate and offer settlements based on my legal liability and after discussing this with our legal we have no legal liabilityI suggest that you turn it into your insurance and have them contact us directly

I was not parked illegally, as they claim I wasMy vehicle was parked in a spot that, before times of their operation, is a free for all parking areaWhile my vehicle was damaged, it was during specific times, of which they operate solely on that lot, and when I retreived my vehicle, the damages were madeThey have not investigated the matter to my satisfaction and as long as they do not pay the damages made to my vehicle the complaint remains unresolved.
Regards,

In our research of this incident. We found no proof that this happened by us or while in our care and custody.  We've been more than cooperative with this claimant but are unable to offer a settlement without proof.Additionally, it has come up in our investigation that she was...

parked illegally as well.

We've denied this claim due to lack of evidence.

"When I was able to retrieve my vehicle from the
valet service at [redacted], it was raining. There was
so much chaos outside due to rain still falling and many people waiting on the
valet drivers to retrieve their cars. After waiting an hour for my
vehicle, I went to the valet driver in the rain and asked if I could retrieve
my own car. The attendant looked for my keys in the mobile lock-box and
noticed that my keys were not there. She then commenced to tell me that
someone had already gone to retrieve my vehicle.
As I started walked in the rain after I noticed my vehicle in the
adjacent lot, I noticed that my window was down on my [redacted]
and the hazard lights were flashing. At this moment, a man was walking
away from my car. I asked him was he the valet attendant and could I get
my car. He told me that yes he was and that the keys were in my
vehicle. He also stated that my front driver seat was wet due to his body
being wet as well. I told him "thank you" and gave him a $[redacted]
tip for his services
As I got in my car, I noticed that my door panel was soaking wet,
my upholder hand water in it, and down near the door on the carpet was
drenched. When I drove off, I thought that it was due to water falling
from the valet drivers clothes and was just a case of water on the seat
due to the attendant getting in and out of my car during a rain storm
As I commenced to drive away from [redacted], I noticed
that the seat of my pants became extremely wetThe leather seat of my new
vehicle was not only wet, but was soaked due to the window being let down and
left down by one of the attendants. Not even minutes of leaving [redacted] and making a U-turn to return back to the bar and
confront the valet company, I returned to let them know exactly what was going
on. Upon their discovery, they noticed that my car mats in the back were
drenched in water and that a puddle had formed underneath the driver seat of my
vehicle.
I was told to drive my car to the adjacent building and was given
an incident report to complete. I was also offered a detail job by the
valet service. I explained to them that it would be difficult to get my
vehicle to them due to the nature of my employment that it would have to be
taken care of on a weekend. I was then given the yellow copy of the
incident report and a business card with the owner's name, [redacted]
with telephone numbers, physical business address, and e-mail addresses.
I was also told to call [redacted]at the telephone number provided on
the card the next day ([redacted]) around noon because this
would be the time that the company would have their weekly meetings to discuss
any business
I called for [redacted] at 12:pm, [redacted]. I left a voice
mail message but never got a return call. I called the next day and was
actually able to speak to someone (whom was not [redacted]but maybe
the elder (not sure). He had the nastiest attitude with me. After I
explained to him the nature of my car, in a nasty voice, I was asked, "Well,
what do you want now? What are you seeking? We offered to detail your
car...what more do you want?" After a brief argument between the
male on the phone and myself, I was put on hold twice and then another [redacted] got on the phone and instructed me to send pictures of my driver
seat. He said that he would send me an e-mail with his contact
information and form there, I sent him a few photos of my seat. I did as
he asked me through e-mailPer our phone conversation, I was told that he
would contact me the next day after he viewed the pictures. A total of
days passed and no phone call or any communication. I ended up contacting
[redacted] through e-mail and was told that he would give me a call but never
received one
I feel as though this is probably a GREAT valet company, but the
owner has a horrible attitude issueHis customer service is one of the worst
cases I've ever experienced in my life. I've never had someone to damage
my personal property, state that they would repair it, and then give me the
run-around when it's time to act. This is something I'm not going to let
pass because my seat is damaged. I've been driving my car (brand new)
since [redacted]. My front seat (thanks to [redacted]) has been damaged
due to their negligence and they are refusing to accept responsibility for it
I filed a claim with my insurance company about my vehicle.
They called Mr[redacted]to ask questions. The representative
called me to tell me about the phone call between him and [redacted]. He
stated that [redacted] was EXTREMELY RUDE AND VERY ARROGANT! He also
stated that [redacted]' tone on the phone was unreasonable and unreal!
My car is being taken to a designated repair shop (assigned by my
personal insurance company) for inspection and possible replacement.
After this inspection, I will then determine what steps should be taken to
resolve this."
Regards,
[redacted]

We do not have sole use of the lot on any day. Also there is no proof we hit the car. I can't pay just because she says pay me. The burden of proof is on her and she has not met that burden. Please let me know if someone saw this damage happen by one of our agents than we can do something. Without proof this is pure speculation and I can only operate and offer settlements based on my legal liability and after discussing this with our legal we have no legal liability. I suggest that you turn it into your insurance and have them contact us directly.

Regards,

Review: I paid for the valet services of R & R Valet and my car was placed under their care. Upon receiving my car back from a valet attendant, my car had sustained damages to the side of the trunk and rear driver side tail light. I filed an incident report with the manager on duty shorty thereafter, and I filed a Drivers Crash Report with the Texas DPS. The side of the trunk was dented and scratched, the tail light was broken, and the driver sill and floor mat were covered in mud. The following week, I spoke with the [redacted], [redacted], about the incident and he seemed like he was going to do the right thing and pay for my car to be repaired. He asked me to go to a body shop that he is familiar with to get an estimate, and once he saw that the quote was more than he expected, he refused to pay for the total cost of the repairs to fix the damage caused by his valet company.I have sent repair estimates to **. [redacted] for the costs to repair my car and he is refusing to pay.Desired Settlement: I would like **. [redacted] to pay for the damage to my car that occurred while in the care of his valet company, R & R Valet services. I have two estimates to fix the damage which total $827.50 and $950.76, respectively. I am requesting monetary compensation for the total amount of the lesser of the two quotes.

Review: My vehicle was damaged by this valet service on [redacted]. The valet attendant left my window down during a torrential downpour. I completed an incident report. I was told to contact the owner, [redacted]. and speak to him about my damaged the next day. I called. I was talked to very rudely by a man at the telephone number on the business card I received. [redacted] did get on the phone and told me to e-mail pictures of my damaged front seat and damages in my vehicle and he would get back to me the next day. I e-mailed the photos and never heard from [redacted] again. I e-mailed him numerous times and called him. No response. I ended up sending him another e-mail and he finally called me while I was at work. I called him an hour after he called me and was told he had already left for the day.

When I retrieved my vehicle from the valet attendant, he explained to me that my front seat was a little wet due to him getting it and his body was wet. After I got in my vehicle, I noticed that my leather seat was not only wet, but it was drenched and it had rained so much in my car that it soaked through the leather seat onto the floor underneath where it formed a puddle. There was water all on the panel of my door, all on my back seat, all on the back of the front seat and everywhere else.

After calling and not getting any results from [redacted]., I decided to visit his establishment at the address listed on the business card. He was not very inviting. Instead of trying to find ways to resolve the issue due to the negligence from his company, he told me that I showed up to his business unexpected and that nothing was wrong with my car. A verbal altercation ensued and I commenced to tell him that I can no longer deal with him due to his being unreasonable and rude and that my insurance company and other legal entities would be involved.

[redacted] is very arrogant, unreasonable, and I cannot deal with him anymore. The thing that infuriates me most is he knows that his company is liable for my damages and he's refusing to be held accountable for their actions. These were the same individuals that explained to me the day of the incident that my car would be detailed and everything would be taken care of. Now, they are denying anything happened.

I did file a claim with my insurance company, [redacted]. A representative called [redacted] at his establishment to find out what was going on. The representative called me back and explained how [redacted] was so rude to him via phone.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome for this situation is for [redacted] and his company to repair the damages to my leather seat of my vehicle and for me to never, ever have any dealings with him or his company ever again. I would also like for others to know how I was treated [redacted] and his company to show them that customer service isn't one of this company's strong points!

Review: After filling an incident report with R&R at the [redacted] restaurant and a report with [redacted] for criminal mischief, this company refuses to take responsibility for the carelessness of their drivers. One of the drivers hit the back of my PARKED vehicle and they are covering up for their "friends" of employees. After calling numerous times and getting no-where, I took my vehicle in for an estimate, which damages total $[redacted] in needed repairs. The repair shop told me I would have to leave my vehicle for two weeks for the repair while they waited on the parts, which would incur an additional $[redacted] (at minimum) for a rental car. If both owners, [redacted] and [redacted]., would have taken responsibility from the beginning for the acts of their reckless, careless drivers, it would not have had to come to this. My original request was just a deductible on my car ($[redacted] filed through my insurance) plus the cost of a rental, equivalent to the size of my vehicle, for as long as my car was being repaired. This would have been way less than the $[redacted]+ I am now asking for, since I will not be filing this claim through my insurance. If they would have cooperated with me to begin with, they would have had to pay a lot less for my damaged vehicle. Since they are refusing to even accept responsibility of their careless drivers, they will have numerous complaints, and the lowest possible rating with the Revdex.com from unhappy customers situations they "refuse" to ethically make right.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the repair of my car, as well as the rental vehicle I will need to drive while my vehicle is being repaired. I will gladly take it to a "mechanic of their choice" but I will NOT be filing a claim through my insurance company like I had originally wanted to do. They will have to pay full charges incurred for the grievances they have caused.
