This company now goes by R&R Closing Services which is connected with Timeshare Enhancement & Relief Project. According to the business license office in Las Vegas, the owner is [redacted]. I have been working with this company since September 10, 2013 through a salesman by the name of [redacted] I was assured by him and his associate [redacted] a number of things which all seem to be a scam of some sort at this point. The phone contacts I was given for both men soon changed, [redacted] is no longer viable and [redacted] did not bother to call me with an updated number. After leaving several messages over a week for [redacted], I finally contacted [redacted] through a direct number to the company and leaving a message. It was explained to me that I would be paying a total of an initial $498.00 then $260.00 over 6 months to enroll in Vacation Services International. This company would be taking over my current yearly fees for my Disney Resort ownership. In addition, I would then be able to enhance my exchange ability with Disney for $199.00 a year. I've currently paid the initial $498.00 plus another $326.00 and have just received a bill for another $165.00 due on 12-28-2013. I'm also still paying monthly fees to Disney. I've left several messages for [redacted] to call me. He only responds when I call the secretary, [redacted], to get help. He does not seem to be aware of why this is going on and tries to tell me he will check into it. I have now been told twice, by him, that he will get back with me as to what is going on. Last time being 1 week ago. I left another message today, 12-13-2013 to call me. My experience with him does not lead me to believe he will call me back. I have a very good credit rating currently, which is in jeopardy because of this company.

This group held a meeting in our local area and we were invited to attend to review our RCI changes. They proceeded to advise us that we could sell our excess RCI points for $.07/point and were guaranteed $12,000 for our initial payout and then could get an additional $9,000 in 6 months. This could be revisited twice a year for as long as we owned the properties. We had to buy a timeshare in Titusville Fl to fulfill the contract. We were assured that the money we were to get would pay off the timeshare in the first 6 months. We agreed and paid $9748.00 for a timeshare that we have since learned is only valued at $4600. And we pay $455 yrly in maintenance fees. We have never seen a Penney of the money promised and our attorney has not been able to make contact with anyone from R $ R. My husband and I are both retired and are not wealthy by any means. This company employs scam artists to prey on people.
