My home owner company called RSA plumbing when my toilet was having problems I had already changed out the flap and had tested it with food coloring which took about minutes to show up in the lower bowl showing the leak was occurring RSA came to the house and changed out the flap (I told him I had done that and it wasn't the issue) and said that was it, he couldn't see or hear a leak I told him I was going to put food color back in the tank and he left regardless After about minutes the tank was clearly still leaking and color was in the tank again I called them back and they said they couldn't come back today as they were too busy and that I needed to call my home warranty company....which I did and then RSA refused to come back to service the issue Awful experience I took 1/a day off work and nothing was completed Now I have to wait for another company to call and set up the appointment and I am without a toilet
