I am rejecting this response because:Per Stewart, shop did not even test drive truck before or after springs where replaced per my complaintPer Stewart, "truck was driven around the block." If truck was tested after the repair it would have been obvious the truck was not right because it started shaking at 40mph and was still making the clunk noise, which was why the truck was in the shop in the first place

vibration or shake. Performed inspection, found front end components to be with in standard tolerances(king pins, tie rods and drag link, etal). Found front spring bushings bad, leafs shifted and springs flat. Also found loose driveline yoke, caps appeared to be spinning in yoke indicating possible bad yoke (to be determined upon dis-assembly). Found excess play in slip and spline. Also found front tires had run out, suggest balance or replace.Supplied customer verbal quote of work, explained that these were the issues that presented, however could not guarantee that this was cause of complaint. Chasing a noise is not an exact science.Customer took vehicle, returned and said change the front springs. Performed replacement. Customer complained noise was still present, inspected further found worn cab mount bushings, could also cause "clunking and banging" when driving. Quoted repair cost.Customer called complaining that the spring replacement did not solve his issue and now he was being quoted an additional $ 1000.00 repair with no guarantee of solving his problem. Contacted customer and offered to make additional repairs for a cost of parts only. The next communication was this complaint.Upon initial visit, customer chose not to address driveline or shaking issue, but concern was toward "clunking and banging noise". I stand by my finding that front springs were in need of replacement.
