This serves as our response to complaint filed by [redacted] The customer called our office on 10/9/to schedule an electrician to come change a breaker that she had purchased on-line We sent our electrician out the following day to change the breaker as she had requested Upon arrival, the electrician discovered the breaker she had purchased was not the correct breaker and that the reason her existing breaker was tripping was due to an issue with her tanning bed Therefore, our electrician disconnected the tanning bed circuit and hence resolved the issue of the breaker tripping As we do not work on tanning beds, the electrician recommended she contact someone that works on tanning beds.As far as her statement that our electrician didn't realize there was a cover on the back of the breaker, he did in fact realize this as the cover is needed to protect the connections.The customer paid the electrician with no complaints.The customer then called our office the next day stating we billed her for an additional minutes labor than we were there So we offered to refund her the minutes of labor and that she could come pick up her cash refund, which she never did.Then on 10/20/17, the customer came to our office and spoke with the office manager, [redacted] ***, demanding a full refund The office manager stated that she would need to discuss with owner and electrician as she was not authorized to issue a full refund without approval from the owner The owner did in fact agree to give the customer a full refund, issued on 10/20/ Our office attempted to reach her on 10/23/17, 10/27/and 10/30/however, her voice mail had not been set up and we could not leave a message A full refund check of $was issued 10/20/and our bank statement shows that the customer has cashed the refund check.We hope this resolves the issue.Regards, [redacted] ***
