Im very sorry but they left the windows open that day an I rode by there later in the day, an they were shut,so that means they walked on the floors before they had time to dry. plus they had a young boy running in an out that was cutting her grass.Thanks [redacted]

Review: On 8/21/15 Mr. *. [redacted] met me at my new home. When he was at my home giving me an estimate to install fencing in my backyard he became aware of the fact I was getting estimates to refinish the hard wood floors. He gave me his business card to show me he was in construction and ensured me he was very experienced in wood flooring. He even went into detail about an old home that he just redid all the original wood. I informed him I needed to be respectful of the floor contractor there that same day and would let him know. Mr. [redacted] then proceeded to inform me he would do it for half the price since he'd already be there doing the fence. I hired R&S Const.& Fence Co. on 8/22/15 to install a fence and refinish my wood floors, per text messages and then confirmed through phone conversations. We had no further contact till 8/28/15 when Mr. [redacted] contacted me and wanted to know if I'd be paying cash the next day when he installed the fence and refinished the hardwood floors. We corresponded several times this day via email and a phone conversation. The next day,8/29/15, I arrived at my home and Mr. [redacted]' crew had been hard at work on my fence. Mr. [redacted] and his employee, [redacted], were working on the wood floors. When he left that day (8/29/15) my floors looked very shiny! I had to return to my other home and was not able to stay and see the finished product after it dried. The next day on 8/30/15 [redacted], the woman I am buying the house from, called me and told me the floors looked horrible once they were dry. She informed me there were many large spots with no polyurathane, grass, hair and much other debris under the polyurathane. Since then I have tired to work with Mr. [redacted] but he has failed to repair the damage his company did to my floors and continually lies in text and phone calls. I've had to hire someone to repair and refinish his work and have been unable to move in due to this delay, costing me now triple his cost that I paid in full. I would like to be reimbursed for all expenses.Desired Settlement: I'd like to be reimbursed all my costs to repair the damage his company did and the monies he was paid but if he is willing to take speedy action to resolve this matter I would be willing to settle for $1000.00 cash or cashiers check in my hand by no later the 12 noon on October 5,2015.
