R&S installed my Garage Door Opener in the pastI know a person called [redacted] who was very polite in the the pastI called him and a person name Thomas impersonated as [redacted] and told sending people to checkNext the people came and instead of fixing the Garage Door Opener asked to but a new Garage Door Opener from R&SThey told if I do not buy from them Garage Door Opener - I have to pay $as service charge- If I buy no Garage Door OpenerForcibly gave me a receipt in which I wrote down there was no service charge discussedAsking first not to impersonate [redacted] and before sending people openly discuss chargesIf not for min - $not acceptable Thanks [redacted]
