Roger R***, the owner of this company appears to be conducting business in the state of Florida without a license I hired him to renovate the bathrooms and hallway closet in my home After several delays, work finally started on my master bathroom I decided to do some research on proper shower installation when I began to question the tile installation being done by the men he hired (after telling me he would be doing the work himself) At that time, I realized from the videos I watched and articles I read that waterproofing is an important step in any shower installation to ensure moisture does not get behind the walls causing mold, mildew and rot My shower was not waterproofed - they hung the hardie board and immediately adhered tiles with thin set - there was not taping of corners and seams nor any use of waterproofing membrane I immediately contacted Roger and advised I had some concerns I wanted to discuss and requested he meet me at my home the next morning I advise
