R&S was contracted on behalf of [redacted] , our Home Warranty company, for a service call last week to determine the cause of an A/C unit that wasn't functioning properlyThe service was professional, fast and responsiveOur unit was fixed, and only the deductible from the warranty company was requiredI would highly recommend this company

They put a capacitor on our unit,charged us Had to get someone else to fix the unit in a week cost us
They replaced a capacitor and charged us $ When we called to tell them the unit was not working we were told someone would be out by that next day The guy did not show upHe did finally come out and tell us he to turn the unit off because it was frozen up so he could return by or the next day to put freon in it because he thought we had a leak He never showed up Have not been able to get in contact with anyone since then Called a different repair company They put freon in the unit and fixed broken wires that R and S caused by leaving them hanging when installing the capacitor I am not even sure we needed this partThey did more damage to our unit during the installation of

The Home Warranty Company said that R&S Heating and cooling were coming to service our A/C unit that they failed to fix the first timeI have been home all day waiting for a service person and I receive call that they will not service the unit until MondayI asked the home warranty company to allow us to use another company and they said noIt will be more than a week that we will not have A/CHorrible, If they had fixed it the first time we would not have had this problem

This complaint is regarding services that were contracted but not provided by R&S heating cooling
This complaint has been submitted because R&S heating and cooling had been contracted by 2/warranty to evaluate and service our heating and cooling units,almost a month ago and have continually put off our service appointments by making appointments they don't show up for, being hours late on the appointment they did show up for Not submitting repair estimates to 2/warranty company and forcing us to call, check on repairs and repair technician constantly to find out if he showing up at all that dayThis includes calling and being put on hold or being hung up on or calling and being told that they would contact the technician and then call us right back which they never do

R and S replaced a furnace one year ago in our home and are now unwilling to come fix an issue that should remain under warranty
We are currently selling our homeDuring the home inspection, we became aware of a valve issue that was leaking gas and presented health concernsWe were told by multiple companies that this would easily fall under the warranty provided for all furnaces and that under no circumstances should we pay for the repairUnfortunately, when we spoke with the owner from R and S, he insisted that it was no longer covered and that we would be charged for him to come and fix it

Due to lack of attention to my warranty issue my electric bill has increased nearly $over the time I have had to deal with this company
Over the summer our HVAC was not functioning correctly as my home would not cool any more than or coolerWe contacted our home warranty service and were placed in touch with R&SWe had an appointment scheduled between the hours of 2-and they technician did not arrive until well after 5:without a phone callAfter arriving he looked into out system and ended up shorting out the entire cooling system and our downstairs HVAC was out of commissionTherefore we had to exhaust our upstairs HVAC for over six weeks to attempt to cool the home until the new HVAC was installedThey came out three time with incorrect products over the six weeks, while I had to take off work for each appointment it was becoming very aggravating that each time the situation was not resolvedThe office staff blamed the technicians and the warranty company while

R & S took care of us in a very urgent situation We had no heat on a Friday night They drove during winter driving conditions from Corbin to Winchester after hours to repair our main furnace It was a cracked ignitor and they had it fixed in a very short time Excellent customer service and genuine concern for our well being Very satisfied with their work!

They came took my deductible had wrong work order left I kept calling nothing
Every time I use my washer the toilets and tubs overflow
