Mr Hoffman moved the heat pump on May 23, 2015.  I would like to have the chance to be sure the work has been corrected,,, correctly.  He did not cover all the wires and hoses, which I asked him to.  His response was "those hoses don't need to be...

covered"  I do believe I made a very bad choice in hiring this person, but not much more can be done at this time; except to give enough time to have someone come and look at the work to be sure it is ok, and I will need to pay for that.  If the time limit is up on this case, I suppose I will have to let you do what you need to.  He did move the pump, but again, I am not sure the hoses were treated correctly.  I will call an independent HVAC contractor to look at the job, but don't know when that will happen.
