I was 100% told by the sales agent at the time I was try this product out that I could "see if I liked it" and to try it out and if it didn't work for us that we could cancel it. I am sorry that this company continues to make erroneous statements by their salesman. I am a business owner and I am not stupid. Further, as in my complaint, I have not used this product since June, right after I inquired about the product. We are NOT using their online product. They are trying to treat this as a bad gym membership that you must keep paying till you die. We do not want their services, and will not pay for something that we tried to see if we liked, per RS Means direction. They should just cut our ties, we do not want to use their product, it did not work for our use. We're not using it, we don't need, and don't want it.Thank you for your time.Regards,*** ***

My name is ***, I am writing back to you about customer *** ***#*** *** ***I got in contact with the Sales Rep-*** *** about the issue and the complaintThat the Customer is stating that he was told that the online service was a free day trailThe Sales Rep-***
*** repelled back with paper work showing that it wasn’t a free day trail at all The Sales Rep-*** *** sent me an email on July 10th sating that he spoke to the customer- I spoke with the customerThis order was taken prior to the “no return policy” being rolled out to the Sales Team.He said he called and tried to cancel, left his #, but didn’t receive a call back.He forgot about it until he received the bill???When I spoke with him, he acted like he didn’t really care.He said he just forgot to call back and cancel ???????Free Trail User, the customer doesn’t need to call and cancel anything, the service ends once the days are upThe Full Service for the online, the customer has to call in and cancel the serviceThat is the only way to stop the service
