THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
The owner, Randy recommended that I needed a new air conditioner on my fifth wheelHe said that I needed a bigger unit and he assured me that this would cool the fifth wheelTo make a long story short, Randy replaced my existing air conditioner with the SAME BTUWhen Randy turned on the new air conditioner, the temperature was degrees insideThe outside was and this was letting it run for several hoursMy old air conditioner was much cooler then the new one that Randy assured me was bigger and betterI also would like to mention that Randy called the manufacturer of the fifth AFTER he installed the new unit, therefore, Randy did not even take the time to research the existing unitSo, Randy suggested he put the old one back and put the new one up frontI ended up calling the manufacturer for informationI gave them my VIN number, which I also had given Randy before he even took the jobThe manufacturer told me that my fifth wheel was not wired for a second unitBy now, I lost all faith in Randy; knowledge, integrity and RV skillsBy the way, the total bill for this nightmare was $dollarsI asked Randy to put my old air conditioner back on (since it worked better then the new one)Randy came back when I was not there and put the old one on and took the new one with him which I paid $forI would consider this theftRandy is the most unethical and incompetent person I have ever dealt with

The owner, Randy recommended that I needed a new air conditioner on my fifth wheel. He said that I needed a bigger unit and he assured me that this would cool the fifth wheel. To make a long story short, Randy replaced my existing air conditioner with the SAME BTU. When Randy turned on the new air conditioner, the temperature was 81 degrees inside. The outside was 83 and this was letting it run for several hours. My old air conditioner was much cooler then the new one that Randy assured me was bigger and better. I also would like to mention that Randy called the manufacturer of the fifth AFTER he installed the new unit, therefore, Randy did not even take the time to research the existing unit. So, Randy suggested he put the old one back and put the new one up front. I ended up calling the manufacturer for information. I gave them my VIN number, which I also had given Randy before he even took the job. The manufacturer told me that my fifth wheel was not wired for a second unit. By now, I lost all faith in Randy; knowledge, integrity and RV skills. By the way, the total bill for this nightmare was $1671.00 dollars. I asked Randy to put my old air conditioner back on (since it worked better then the new one). Randy came back when I was not there and put the old one on and took the new one with him which I paid $900.00 for. I would consider this theft. Randy is the most unethical and incompetent person I have ever dealt with.
