R. S. N. Properties

Advertises as a property management company renting out homes. Once you see the home for a tour you discover that it is unlivable, and should be condemned. Despite major concerns they offered a deep discount and promised to rehab the home. This company lied and told me they had all their ducks in a row. They didn't have an occupancy permit and I was forced to leave. They tried to send me to another one of their properties in the meantime but it was just as disgusting as the last. After a quick search online, I found out that all 6 of the properties they own are in foreclosure with different banks. These people are in trouble with Cleveland Building and Housing for the constant state of derelict their properties are in. Future home seekers need to avoid this company, they are not legitimate. They move people into condemned homes where they don't pay the mortgage or property taxes on. They honestly pocket all the cash. It looks like they bought up condemned homes during the housing crisis for cheap to turn around and make quick cash. I am also reporting this company to my local government, health department and housing advocacy groups.
