I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have already had to spend another $at another office weeks ago to replace her glasses, this is something my daughter medically needs every day, so when the company did not uphold their word of the warranty I was given, I went to another company to order a second pair from themSo- Unless National Optical plans on reimbursing me for my second purchase because of their misrepresentation of the warranty, I will not be spending another $out of pocket for a third pairFrom previous reply from National Optical, for the individual to say they know for a fact what was told because they train everyone is incorrect information as wellYou would have to have been involved in our conversation during purchase to know what was said to meThe manager in office has already verified - the gentleman admitted that yes he did say they would be replaced time if lost, stolen, or brokenRegards, [redacted]
