Prior landlord, ***, DBA R&S Residential Properties has not returned my $100. deposit. I have sent a certified letter to *** Realty (R&S uses this company for rental payments) and text to *** directly and received verbal abuse from him concerning the deposit.
He said, "Don't f-ing text me again and I will send it if and when get ready!" That was March 28, 2020. He has my correct address however I have heard nothing nor received my deposit.
I Left there due to sexual harassment, trespassing, and was forced to call the police twice due to his and Charles *** constantly breaking the privacy and trespassing laws of Florida. Unable to resolve the situation and fearing physical retaliation (*** has felony for domestic violence) I left my rental lot on January 30, 2020.
I never text S. *** until March 28, so clearly I was not harassing him.
Previously, I lived there and had to leave to help my sister, S.*** returned my deposit within 2 weeks time. This is retaliation for having been forced to call the police.
Refund Refund of my security deposit of $100. check # *** written on 12-12-2018. Otherwise, I will be taking him to small claims court for $5000. not only for my deposit but for being forced to leave because of fear of physical harm, retaliation and further harassment/escalation on their part.
Mrs *** did not provide any notice of her intention to vacate. (30 days required in writing) We were also not pleased with Mrs *** growing marijuana plants on our property. She had sheriff's department out to the property twice because of a dispute with another tenant. The second call to law enforcement was because someone doing maintenance walked across her lot to access a storage building that we have always used. RV lots are not big yards. No one that I am aware of has ever touched Mrs *** without her consent. We appreciate the opportunity to reply. Thank You

He lied to the police, he's lied to you. He admitted in the text's I have sent you that he owes me the deposit. And yet he still belittles me with his response as he did in the original text communication. Yet, I paid my rent every month-on time-and they never called the police on me if I was doing anything illegal. This for a lousy $100. he would be better off giving me my rightful deposit and be done with me. Unacceptable behavior and more intimidation.
Final response. Mrs *** did not notify us that she would be departing. When Mrs *** contacted me about renting the lot, I held it for 3 weeks before she arrived at no charge. When she arrived, she just berated the condition of the lot when she had already rented from us previously. I told her when she arrived that it might be that this was not the property for her before any money changed hands. She ate at our table when we cooked big meals. She and another tenant could not control their mouths and she tried her best to put me in the middle. She got up one morning, got her things together and just left. Her rebuttal makes her intention clear. "He would be better off to just give me my $100 and be rid of me". Mrs ***'s intention is clearly to intimidate me. ("Otherwise, I will be taking him to small claims court for $5,000.") This was all over a disagreement with another tenant. When law enforcement came, he just shook his head. This tenant took her hours away to purchase a car dolly and loaned her the money to buy it. This tenant took her 30 miles to the emergency room in the middle of the night when she woke up with vertigo. This tenant maintained her yard most of the time when it was her responsibility. I refuse to be intimidated. I have owned and managed rental properties for 28 years and worked full time to help pay for them. I have just retired I venture to say this is the first time I have ever ended up here. Thanks for your consideration.

What a joke. Are you referring to all the broken glass on the property when I moved in? I have pictures of that also. Had to clean those up myself.
I paid my rent ON TIME every month, you never had to resort to calling the police for any disturbance because of me and you never had any complaints from anyone other than your buddy White. 90% of the other park residence had trouble with him also. NOT JUST ME!
Crying "poor me" doesn't cut it. The texts you
sent to me reveal your true nature.
Because of your attitude and White's actions towards me, I feared retaliation/physical harm, that's why I left without notifying R&S Properties. Act professionally.
