The worst builder in town, will tell you what you want to hear until you sign on the dotted linePoor construction, poor workmanship inside and out, poor communication within in the entire companyNobody wants to take responsibility for anything, they show what the community will look like, premium lots for views and privacy, walk ways and open green space and then intentionally misrepresent final development to disclose objects and or structures that negate privacy/viewsThey hire the cheapest subs from construction to final landscapingThey are always pointing the finger at someone elseSave yourself the frustration and cross Challenger Homes off your listEven if it is all you can afford, the lawyer in the end is expensiveThey are about quantity not quality, concrete spalling everywhere, windows hung crooked, doors hung incorrectly, etcThey go the cheapest way possible, after move in there completion of warranty items are minimal at best
Wonderful company and a pleasure to work with Their homes are amazing I actually own several challenger homes and I have no issues The team cares about the buyers and REALTORS and they provide wonderful customer service Their team is outstanding
