among other things repair/replacement of dryrotted wood members at rear balcony deck....This Job was completed on 05/20/and Upon final approval and "walk-thru" funds were dispersed thru Escrow account #***-AS/64.Our Firm was notified the week of May 15th, by Mr*** indicating he had noticed several problems with the deck repair...An appointment was set up for 07/20/to address Mr***' concerns.Mr*** had recently had his sliding glass door leading out to his balcony replaced and the contractor stated to him that the deck was somehow not up to code and had caused the metal frame of sliding glass door to rot out and some water staining to interior baseboards in master bedroom adjacent to sliding glass doorConsidering the pre-existing deck and sliding door were In place for over years and the new balcony/deck was installed in last months it didn't seem reasonable to consider....We did make these recommendations to Mr***:1) Seal/and finish coat decking(Contract was for (1) primer coat only)2) Seal/paint cracked/missing stucco around sliding glass door and under deck.3) Install Raingutters @ 2nd story eaves to divert away from doors and stucco walls.In summary the deck appeared structurally sound and all details of our original contract were fulfilled.*** ** ***...619.921.3816R-Solution Termite & Construction Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The issue I have with the response is as follows. When I made the call I was informed that they would replace damaged boards no issie. However there was a delay in coming to inspect. We contacted the company several times. It was not until the Revdex.com query is where movement occurred. When onsite the contractor even said he was only here to respond to the Revdex.com. Also to note. While onsite. He said they replaced the anchor beam (not exact on term). This was when we were upstairs first. It was not until he saw the downstairs (under the deck) he made the comment "we didn't make the change". Also he said his supplier gave them low grade wooed that only last roughly a year before this cracking starts occuring. He was dishonest and also wanted us to pay for repairs and labor to replace the boards. This is aftet he said they would do at no charge. I told him he lacks integrity and should be honest. He left after. This organization clearly did. It fulfill his warranty items
