Review: This house is a [redacted] new construction. As part of the demolition the sewer and water lines had to be cut and capped. This was done by a subcontractor of the builder about 12-21-2014. As part of the process [redacted] Township inspected the work and charged an Insoection fee of $25, which was billed to my account as the homeowner. We contacted our Project Manager about the fee and was advised to forward the bill to the builder R. [redacted], owner [redacted] we sent a letter (7-8-15) with a copy of the invoice from [redacted] Township. She did not respond. We again contacted , over time the 3 project managers and sent her another request via email with another copy if the bill and mentioned her failure to reimburse several other times. Our requests have been ignored.

On or about 8-28-15, someone from her office or a sub contractor contacted both Atlantic City Electric and NJ [redacted] Gas to have the utilities turned on. They reactivated our old accounts without our knowledge or permission , representing that they were [redacted]. Instead of the bills going to the builder, they are coming to me. Because of the builders failure to pay the inspection fee, we are reluctant to pay any money for bills that she has incurred. We have tried to get it changed but she, Ms. [redacted] will not cooperate . On or about 3-26-2015, demolition took place at which time the mail and mailbox were removed, without our knowledge or permission . We were not aware of this until July 27, 2015 when we looked at the property searching for the mailbox. We requested a temporary box be put up. She refused both our requests and that if the project manager. It is our belief that numerous important documents went missing as there was no mailbox or forwarding order in place.Desired Settlement: Mailbox,

Inspection fee of $25.00 plus interest at %10

Change of both gas and electric bill to builders name and immediate reimbursement of all amounts due each utility.

Negative report as to builders ability to work with clients and failure to cooperate with clients and State Appointed Projrct Managers
