Date: Thu, Jul 27, at 4:PMSubject: Re: [redacted] Complaint ( [redacted] )To: [redacted] < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>Hi [redacted] , It was good talking to you, I wish it was about us doing a great jobThe problem on [redacted] 's car was a abs light the would go on and offWe retrieved codes from computer which indicated a problem with LF wheel speed sensor signalChecking it we were not able to definitely pinpoint the cause as days of driving vehicle failed to reproduce the problemWe did note that the tone ring that the sensor reads wheel speed from was rusted but no more rusted than the RFWe advised [redacted] that our research on an online data base for common solutions for those codes on that vehicle was replacing the wheel speed sensorHe was willing to "try" a replacement sensorWe purchased the part from NissanUnfortunately this failed to correct the issueHe was told the next thing to "try" is ABS module replacement and we told him we would check availability of part and call himWe failed to follow through on that promiseAt this point I need to know what he wants us to doAnother shop replacing speed sensor will not fix his problem as our "try" indicatesI will be willing to spend more time on his problem or in an effort to make this right, refund his $that he is asking forAgain we could have done a better job on this difficult repairI will do what is needed to rectify customer's complaint.Tim S
