It is my understanding that concrete work requires water. My water is turned off for the season. I do not believe the company will be able to complete the replacement until next year. As noted in my original complaint, the original payment was made May 1, 2015. The second payment was made July 17, 2015. I have contacted Mr. [redacted] on NUMEROUS occasions and received NUMEROUS promises. I have had even more occasions where I received no communication even though communication was promised. I have lost faith in this company's ability or desire to replace my driveway.
