Review: RT Moore plumber ([redacted]) came in early December to investigate a sump pump that was draining slowly. He quickly decided that the drain line was clogged outside the house. He disconnected the line from the house so the water drained into the side yard. Then he said he would be back to inspect the line with a camera and try to open it with a snake. When he had not appeared early the next week, I called. They said that they would have him contact me. Nothing. This turned into weekly calls trying to get him to open and reconnect the line. Nothing again after several calls. Finally, I called another plumber who did exactly the same thing for $45. Third week of January, we got a bill from RT Moore for $144. So, in short, [redacted] took the line apart, left it that way for a month, then charged us three times what the other plumber charged.Desired Settlement: A significant reduction in amount billed

A trip charge will be the only amount billed. The Accounting Department will void the invoice for $144 and issue Mr. [redacted] a new invoice of $49.
