They damaged my property and they said they were insured, however, they will not pay for the damage. When I scheduled the move I asked if they were insured and he said they were, but after I told him about the damage, he said I would have had to purchase an insurance policy for $600. They unhooked the washer before turning off the water and it caused water to leak in the basement and they did not turn off the valve, and I had to pay the plummer to do that. And, now I will have to pay *** to fix the water damage in the basement. The owner said he would work with me, however, will not give me 100% of what I need to pay to fix the damage done by his workers.
