Review: I received an invoice for $139.10 for work performed, labor charge, and travel fee. RTR claims they made us aware of a fee but they did not. I know this because an appointment was never confirmed. My secretary spoke with the office manager and he even confirmed that their representative just showed up at our office because she was in the area. Their representative was only in our office for two minutes. She left and came back 15 minutes later and needed more information. At that time she stated she would return with the part and fix the printer. She never called or returned to our office. We waited a few days then contacted another company and they made us aware of the fee, resolved the issue over the phone about what needed to be done, and came out that same day with the part and serviced the printer. We contacted RTR and requested they cancel our order. At that time we asked for the manager to call us. He never did. Instead we received the invoice for $139.10. My secretary contacted and spoke with Mark the office manager. He did not want to resolve the issue. He kept saying we called them. We called them because their name along with a serial no. was on the side of our printer. In the original first call to their office they had no record of our printer in their system. From that point we requested service, they took down our info but never told us of a fee and further we never confirmed an appointment. Again, Mark did state his representative just showed up because she was in the area. Their representative had no idea what she was coming to fix. She never came back either. On top of all of this aggravation, there was NO WORK performed on our piece of equipment. I want this invoice voided from their system. There was no work done and the representative came to our office with out a confirmed appointment. I was never aware of a fee for her to stop into our office.Desired Settlement: invoice to be voided for no service
