I received the above complaint and reached out to the Owner by telephoneWediscussed the following complaints: Concrete drains to neighbors yardOriginal contract price was changed after driveway was placedIn response to number one I sent out [redacted] to resolve ftrst problem [redacted] went out a second time to repair and customer still was not happySo Ipersonally went out to speak to the customerWe came to an agreement to resolveissue number one by redirecting the water from the neighbor's yard which was aminor drainage issue.Complaint number two; because the driveway required thicker concrete there wasan additionalyards for a cost of$1,I requested some help on the costand he agreed to pay halfHe had no problem as at that time he was happy withthe projectNow because of drainage problem he states he is unhappy and just wants his$backAt this time nothing has been settledSincerely,RTTatlock Concrete
I called the Revdex.com today and was told to respond again regarding the complaintAnybody would be thrilled with job we didThe water draining to the neighbors yard is rediculousThe water trickles from a construction joint, no problem to the neighborThe bait and switch remark is even more rediculous, I agreeThe job took more concrete than was planned, that happens quite often, since that extra concrete went into his driveway I asked if he would share the expense, I didn't insist on him paying more, just asked for sharing the expense, he, as the gentleman I thought he was, said sure I'll pay half, so when I wrote the invoice for the job I added the additional amount and he gladly paid itThere was absolutely no bait and switchRay Tatlock

The FIX as he calls it was some plaster the looks terrible and doesn't do the job. The neighbor is tired of the water every time it rains or I wash my car. It is illegal to make improvements and have them drain into another property. He did a terrible job the has already cracked in places it shouldn't. If you would like some pictures of the poor work I will gladly provide them.

ftrst problem. [redacted] went out a second time to repair and customer still was not happy. So Ipersonally went out to speak to the customer.
