Hello my name is [redacted] from rteto motors and I'm just responding to the complaint filled buy [redacted] Mr [redacted] purchased this vehicle from us August 14, 2015, and we told him if thier was any issues or problems with the vehicle to notify us so that we can resolve any issue, by law we give a thirty day gareentee, we did not receive any complaints until January that his transmission was shifting funny, we then reviewed the issue and let him know he needed a transmission, we then replaced the transmission and fixed the issue with the shifting, he payed 200$ upfront and gave us a check for 460$ that bounced when we tried to go deposit it, I then tried to contact mr [redacted] for several days with no response to my messages, we have tried contacting mr [redacted] after receiving his complaint, with no avail, we want to resolve this matter, our direct line is [redacted] ,please feel free to contact us with anymore complaints so that we can try to resolve them Thank you

However, I am willing to work with Mr*** to resolve this problem but my only concern is that *** honestly upholds his end of the bargain which is that he will take care of the issues outlined in my original complaint with some guarantee especially covering the engine and transmission with a fair expectationI happen to like *** and I think this is just a misunderstanding and all I am requesting is fair treatmentNo sooner I took possession of the vehicle I had to bring it to M&G Auto repair and I had to spent $for water pump and other issuesLets not loose sight of the fact that I purchased this vehicle in barely six months nowAgain I am open to resolving this matter with reasonable shared financial burdenI also did put a hold on the $check pending what the outcome would beIt didn't bounced.
