I received an email from Revdex.com regarding this claim yesterday, January 4, I spoke with my staff member, Troy L [redacted] , about the incident and he recalled the issue and corroborated the details as Ms [redacted] documented He indicated he sent $cash in the mail to Ms [redacted] as promised but it was obviously not received.Given that MrL [redacted] was only in my employ for about a month when he handled Ms***'s request, it appears as though he was not fully versed on procedure in an instance like this Mailing cash is certainly not something we recommend for obvious reasons I have generated a refund check of $for Ms [redacted] (copy of check attached) and will have it in the mail tonight I am sorry this took so long to resolve and hope that Ms [redacted] feels comfortable contacting me directly in the future if she encounters any problems at any of our properties.Sincerely,Chuck S*General ManagerPlatinum Parking281-407-
Thank you for sending this feedback I was aware of MsRoxanne [redacted] 's complaint from this past Monday, January From all accounts, the amount of money accused of being stolen was $to $in loose change NOT $at noted in the Revdex.com complaint Our manager, Troy, offered to pay Ms [redacted] the $in dispute at the time but the customer did not accept this We have reviewed the staff we have at this location and no other complaints or issues have been recorded here Sincerely,Chuck [redacted]
